What is your minimum order quantity?

We do not request minimum order quantity limited, 1 unit is OK.

What is your goods' main market?

Southeast asian, America, Europe, Middle eastern, etc.

Does your company participate in any trade show?

We have participated in the Canton Fair before, and Munich Exhibition in Germany, China Instrument Exhibition.

Can you customize the product?

Yes. We accept OEM orders and custom orders.

Do you have any discount for freight cost?

Yes, we have agreement with EMS,TNT,UPS,FedEx and DHL express, so we can get discounted price from them, and we can also send the parcel freight collected by using your own express account number.

What is your delivery time?

It is depend on your order quantity, the order can be shipped the same day if USA warehouse has stock in USA market, the delivery time is 3-7 working days. 
To other countries, the delivery time is about 7-10 working days by express shipping.

What is your payment terms?

Normally our payment terms is T/T 100% in advance, if become our distributors and for bulk purchase, we can discuss the details each other.
Paypal, Western Union are also okay for small orders.

How to get discounts or accessories?

Please contact us via email, the title is member application, we will give you a discount. And there will be free gifts or accessories from time to time.
