How to Detect the Chromatic Aberration of Liquid Products by Portable Colorimeter

In industrial production, many industries are related to color, such as hardware, printing, paint and so on. If it is hardware and other products, there is no difficulty in color difference detection. It is only necessary to use the measuring aperture of a portable colorimeter to closely adhere to the product under test. Even if some irregular solids exist, it is also possible to change the caliber, and the method of detection is still not very different. But when we encounter the color difference of the liquid to be measured, such as ink, paint, dyes and other products. These products do not have a fixed shape. The caliber of the portable colorimeter cannot be directly put into the liquid. Otherwise, the test results may be inaccurate, and the instrument may be damaged.

In fact, the color difference detection of liquid is not as difficult as imagined. There are two ways to solve this problem. One is to use the liquid and then use a portable colorimeter to detect it after drying. For example, when paint is sprayed on the product, it can be tested by portable colorimeter when the paint is dry. But this method has a disadvantage: every time it is sprayed on the product, it needs time to wait for drying. If it only need only one or two time, it is fine. But the fact is that it may need more than ten times or even dozens of times, after all everyone knows that the paint is not so easy to dry, nor can it be sprayed many times at one time. Because it is necessary to test before we know whether the color of the paint is good or not, or if it needs to adjust, which leads to a large extension of the detection time of a paint, and indirectly affects the efficiency of work, delay the duration of the project, and so on. There is another method to detect the color difference of liquid, but this method is not used by any portable colorimeter. It needs a universal testing module. It cannot only measure the color difference of liquid, but also measure the color difference of powder products, and improve the production efficiency quickly.
