Driven by a compact high speed micro electric motor, our AE500S-H/(70G) can be widely used in the lab for the mixing of Low to Medium, or high viscosity liquid, and smashing particles in shear emulsifying liquid medium. The machine consists of the high-speed motor, shear emulsification working head, speed controller and other components. Drive host is made of engineering plastic of high quality and die-cast aluminum, which ensures a steady running state; the working head is made of refining stainless steel, and can be of wide experimental application . The Operating Speed is controlled by a microprocessor to compensate for any sudden revolution change caused by overload changes or voltage fluctuations. The constant rate and built-in soft-startup can ensure the operating safety. Stepless regulation of the speed can make sure you can modify the speed accordingly. Among our products, The digital speed display on the H-type can be of great help for you to collect experimental data; and the timer function can ensure the control of the operating time in experiment.
